Who we are

Godel Talent LLP operates Jobs by Godel Consulting. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse this website or join our DevOps talent pool.

Information you share

You can browse jobs and articles without a candidate account. If you join the talent pool, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email, city, experience, skills, notice period and CV. Phone numbers and professional profile links are optional. Please keep sensitive personal information that is not relevant to recruitment out of your CV.

How we use your information

We use talent-pool information to review your experience, identify relevant recruitment opportunities and contact you about them, based on the consent you give when submitting the form. Joining does not guarantee a job and does not automatically apply you to an employer.

Forms and service providers

Our CV form is provided by Tally. Opening the embedded form connects your browser to Tally; information and files submitted through it are stored in Tally and available to our recruitment team. Earlier registrations made through our own form are stored in our application database. Hosting, database and form providers process information as needed to deliver these services.

You can read Tally’s Privacy Policy for details of its processing. Applying through a job listing takes you to the employer’s or recruitment platform’s website, where their own privacy policy applies.

Technical information and cookies

The website and its providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and error logs, to deliver and protect the service. Administrator sign-in uses Google authentication and session cookies. Embedded forms may use their own technical storage as described by their provider.

Keeping and deleting information

We retain talent-pool information for recruitment purposes while your consent remains active. You can ask us to correct your details, withdraw consent or delete your profile and CV by emailing ajay@godelconsulting.in. Please use the email address associated with your submission so we can identify your record. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request; information that must be retained for legal obligations may be kept.
